VOTER REGISTRATION:
Persons age 18 or older can register to vote, change their name or address at the Hallsville City Hall during regular business hours. Picture I.D. is required. Absentee ballots and election information may be obtained at 886-4375.

DRIVER'S AND VEHICLE LICENSES:
